Alexandria has a range of hotels that offer world class guest facilities. Please note your hotel selection on the conference registration form.
All prices are in US Dollars and include buffet breakfast and applicable taxes.

Full registration fees include shuttle transportation from/to the hotels each morning of the conference, one mid day transfer from the Bibliotheca to the hotels and return, and from the Bibliotheca to the hotels at the end of each conference day, in addition to transportation to evening events.
DUE TO THE HUGE DEMAND FOR HOTEL ROOMS IN ALEXANDRIA DURING THE CONFERENCE PERIOD, THE CONFERENCE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE IS UNABLE TO GUARANTEE ROOM AVAILABILITY BEYOND 10 JULY 2009. AFTER THAT DATE, WE WILL TRY TO ASSIST WITH HOTEL BOOKINGS, BUT CANNOT PROMISE ROOM AVAILABILITY OR PRICES.

91-76 days prior to the arrival date, the booking will be released with a penalty of 25% from the total full payment amount
75-60 days prior to the arrival date, the booking will be released with a penalty of 40% from the total full payment amount
60-45 days prior to the arrival date, the booking will be released with a penalty of 60% from the total full payment amount
45-30 days prior to the arrival date, the booking will release with a penalty of 75% from the total full payment amount
30-15 days prior to the arrival date, the booking will be released with a penalty of 100% from the total full payment amount
