4th International Young Geotechnical Engineers (4iYGEC)
2-6 October 2009

Young geotechnical engineers will be able to share their ideas and experiences at the 4iYGEC to be held on 3 and 4 October (registration is on 2 October) at the El-Mahrousa Hotel in the Alexandria on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.  Following the two-day iYGEC program, participants may join the 17th ICSMGE for the first two days of state-of-the-art and other scheduled lectures.  The thoughts expressed during the 4iYGEC will be summarized and presented in a special session of the 17th ICSMGE on Tuesday, 6 October.
